WHAT TO BRING

A successful trip is about preparation. Here’s what you need...

• Sun protection is a must at all times—bring sunblock and clothing designed (lightweight half finger gloves come in handy) to shield you from the rays!

• ​Polarized sunglasses with copper or amber lenses to reduce glare and improve sight-fishing. Face and Neck shields help greatly.

• Rain gear: Nature’s surprises are part of the adventure, so dress accordingly.

For Winter fishing: Bring plenty layers of clothing, it always feels 15 degrees cooler on the water!

Personal Fly Tackle:

We recommend 8, 9, or 10-weight rods with 30 lb backing for the best equipment match.​​

Licensing requirements:​

• Louisiana residents must hold a valid saltwater/freshwater fishing license.​

​

• Non-residents must purchase a 3-day non-resident Louisiana fishing license and bring the authorization number to the boat—ensure it covers the dates of your trip.

• Deposit & Cancellation Policy
  
  We’re glad you chose to fish with us! To reserve your trip date, a deposit of $300.00 is needed. Once your deposit is received, your trip is officially on the calendar.
  
  If plans change, just let us know! Cancellations made more than 7 days before your trip may receive a refund or have the deposit applied toward a future trip within 12 months. Cancellations made within 7 days, same-day cancellations, or no-shows (may) result in forfeiture of the deposit, as dates can be hard to fill on a short notice.
  
  Safety always comes first. If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or happily applied to another date.
